These are the things that are trying my patience lately. Things I’m weary of but I can’t seem to change (some are 100% beyond my pay grade).

• Having an evil, moronic, infantile person in charge of our federal government and national reputation.
• The ongoing and rapid destruction of government programs that help people and protect resources.
• Dealing with the CA Franchise Tax Board on an infinite set of tax issues – some large, some small, some real, some FTB fuckups. Dealing with them is a test of patience and will.
• Hiring people/companies to do work on the CA property and then having to chase them down again and again to get the work repaired or redone, correctly.
• Spectrum TV and Internet service. Expensive and not working, with no good alternatives at the CA house.
• Coyotes chewing through our irrigation lines. I’ve fixed or paid someone to fix those for the last time.
• Increasingly hot Socal summers with no rain, no moisture.

I know the right answer is to chill out and not worry about things I can’t change, but some days that works, most days it doesn’t.
