Make mine 30% EVOO, medium rare and shaped like Kentucky

As a stalwart omnivore, I have mixed feelings about this. Printed meat.

On one hand, the commercial farm industries (chicken, beef and pork) are demonstrably bad for the environment, not to mention the animals.

On the other hand, even as innovative as the Israelis are these days, I have no faith that the taste of printed meat will be as good as that of natural meat.

On the other other hand, imagine a steak printed using state fair blue ribbon winning cellular stock, with embedded fatty tissue derived from olive oil. Or garlic butter. Imagine ordering a precise meat to fat ratio the same way you order rare, medium, and well done today.
